Very fast transaction. I was done in less than an hour. Mercy, the lady who assisted me was very friendly and accommodating. They gave a reasonable price for the items I brought which is so much better than waiting for months and months with consignment shops. I made an appointment with their Makati branch and arrived earlier than expected but I was accommodated as soon as they were done with the previous client.
